DAM REHABILITATION

Our PICC mortar of Ironite cramic has unique properties and it is ideally suited for rehabilitation and strengthening of Dams, Canals, Siphons, and Aqueducts Etc. We have also developed some unique products for surface preparation, for bonding of old surface to new mortar and top coat to go with it. The PICC technology, which has a low porosity, high compressive strength, high abrasion resistance and excellent bond with any surface like concrete, stone, steel, PVC etc. Prime constituents of this mortar namely Ironite Ceramic are manufactured from mineral sand and ferrous material which is a natural inorganic component in its most stable form. This technology has excellent UV resistance unlike many epoxy based products. Material Testing & Evaluation These products have been thoroughly tested and evaluated by Central Water and Power Research station (CWPRS), Khadakavasla Pune an internationally know organization for hydraulic research. CWPRS has found this technology ideal for use in rehabilitation of both concrete and masonry dams. PICC has been tested by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) for confirming it's ability against damage by Ultra Violet rays and has been by the National Toxicology Centre (NTC) for confirming its non toxic properties.
